I don't think my message sent that I just wrote so I'll rewrite. We live in Spartanburg and are looking for donated breastmilk for our daughter, EllaGrace. Actually, I am heading to Brevard right now and would love to meet you if possible! If not, I'd love to meet you another time. My cell is 864-590-0939. She has been fed solely on donated breastmilk up to this point and we are so grateful. Thank you for pumping and donating. What a blessing you are! I am unable to BF and would be very grateful to have your milk. Alyssa Smile

Freezer full of milk Empty We am adopting JOshua born 10 weeks early HE NEEDS BREASTMILK

Post by sharonham Fri Oct 22, 2010 12:30 am

We adopted our daughter's biological sibling from OK. Joshua was born at 30 weeks and needs the immunity benefits of breastmilk.... He has been on it at the hospital for the past week. He is currently at 34 weeks and was moved out of the NICU today ( He has jumped from 2 lbs 5 oz to 4 lbs 2 oz.) He will be released Monday (October 25) We will remain in Oklahoma for ten business days until all the adoption paperwork processes..... My husband leaves here Tuesday to go back to SC for a week to work, buy a bassinet, clean the house and HOPEFULLY Pick up some breastmilk. Our chest freezer is empthy and waiting. Asheville is about three hours awau from our home in Aiken SC

Joshua's arrival 10 weeks early means he missed almost all of the natural immunity a baby gets from his mom.

please email me if you stilll have milk available and I will contact you back. You can send me your phone number directly to my private email --- We would be willing to continue to pick up the milk or reimburse you for shipping. Also we will gladly reimburse all storage supplies.

Thanks
Sharon Lee Mia and Joshua

Freezer full of milk Empty Freezer full of milk

Post by Soccerher9 Thu Sep 23, 2010 12:08 pm

I have never been a part of this site before, so I'm not exactly sure how everything works, but I have a freezer full of breastmilk I am willing to donate to someone. I have a 6-week-old baby right now and produce more milk than he needs, so I have been pumping and saving the extra. I would love to be able to give it to someone who needs it. I do not smoke, drink, do drugs, drink caffeine, or have any STDS. I have been on a medication called "Lovenox" for the past 6 weeks, but my doctor said that does not affect my breastmilk at all. I am in western North Carolina (south of Asheville), but am willing to ship the milk if I am told exactly how to do it.
