Desperate for Milk from a Dairy Free Donor Empty Desperate for Milk from a Dairy Free Donor

Post by lareinaisabel Sat Mar 28, 2015 9:07 am

Our adopted daughter is now 3 months old. She has had colic and reflux (and a tongue tie) and has been on donated breastmilk since she was 2 weeks old. We recently had a donation of 4 days worth of dairy free breastmilk and she became a different baby. She was happy, didn't scream hardly at all and spit up a lot less. So we know she has a dairy intolerance/sensitivity.

We are now trying her on dairy-free formula and it's not going well. She's back to her previous screaming self and it's so hard to not be able to give her what we know will help.

Thanks in advance!
