Donor soon to have lots

I donate to only LIFEmilk know. Major issues with people showing up to get milk and even replacing bags. Got tired of being treated like a dairy cow... So my 100+oz i pump out a day is going to the best place i think. Please make sure yall check it out if you are in need of the other milksharing net works. Also please remmber that donors are human and they give there time and heart in to helping your babies. (( REMMBER THAT and be THANKFUL FOR EVERY DROP ))

I know we have connected a few years ago and every time I think about all I have learned from you about the community of mom's donating to other mom's I am in Awe...

I do want to ask if you are looking or considering any babies to donate to? We are going to be adopting and he is set to be born in the next week or two and I am looking for women to help me. One that is like you that would care about our baby as if it was theirs when they were donating...If at all you are still open to it or considering please let me know...even if not I am thankful that people like you are out here to help others like me:)

So true. I struggle with taking milk and just driving away... but that's how it has been except for a few mamas. It truly takes a special mama to donate to any baby... I understand b/c with IGT, it is hard enough to feed with SNS, followed by pumping after every feeding to keep the milk coming for as long as possible and not being able to hold/comfort your child while pumping, and carrying a pump everywhere we go, pumping at all hours of the day, driving or in car. I am always in awe at mamas who donate.

I hope you find a recipient you can connect with. I don't frequent on here as much (still pregnant), but I did find a colostrum donor.

I am not looking to be an on going donor at this time. I like to connect with famlies on a more deeper level, thats the reason i wanted to meet up with a family or two to connect with prior to baby coming and have the lined up for milk. I just dont donate to anyone as it honeslty comes from the heart. I am taking away my own time from my own 4 children, my husband my family to give to another small life. Its not just milk i am giving away before it goes bad. its my heart and work and love i am sharing. Its so important to me to connect with the right famlies and that can understand that and not only share there own story struggles but also support me in giving all i can to there little one. I have gotten a few message and honeslty i find them rude. Not even (( ASKING ME TO consider to help them )) but just saying when u ave milk i would like it. Thats very hurtful to a mom like me that does this cus i know what it means and i know what the relashionship that can come from a milksharing relashionship. I hope that helps yall.... Ill keep yall posted but i am wanting to connect on a deep level then a milk cow. LOL ((HUGS YALL))

Hi! I received your PM. Thank you. I may still need colostrum... I am in touch with a mother who offered, but have yet to hear from her regarding her bloodwork. Actually, I JUST emailed her prior to receiving your PM. I will let you know after I hear from her (soon, I hope).

When are you due? I am wondering how close our due dates are for colostrum.

As for milk, I would love any additional milk that you may have to offer. Christmas time is a hard time to search for milk b/c people are busier... (I remember that from when I had DD#1). I can probably look into shipping you an empty box w/ cooler ready to fill... if that makes it easier. (gotta find one first though... I live "in the sticks" right now... moving to VA this month).

Looking for a family/baby to help that is looking for colostrum and open to on going donations and wet nursing. My supply is major and looking to line up a family prior to baby coming (( for the colostrum for sure )) My supply will explode.... so would like to line up a family needing colostrum right away then open to on going donations. We are located in st.helens Oregon. I will start pumping the day baby arrives early Dec. I have blood work on hand and would like to set up a meet and greet prior to baby coming.
