My baby is g-tube dependent, so taste isn't an issue fir id. I don't know what high lipase means or if scalding affects the nutritional value, do you know?

High Lipase Milk Empty High Lipase Milk

Post by hils Fri Jun 01, 2012 3:49 pm

Hi all,

I have a fair amount (4-500 oz???) of milk to donate in my freezer, but am not sure if anyone would be interested. About half of it tastes funky (your little one may or may not mind the taste, mine certainly does) and the other half has been scalded prior to freezing so it tastes better, but might have slightly less anti-infective agents than otherwise.

I'd be happy to provide any details about me & my little one, but lets see if anyone is interested first.

Hilary
