Makes sense to me! I have about 100 ounces so far, but plenty of freezer space left to fill. I'm also not quite ready to part with it yet, as my little one is only 5 weeks old. I had low supply last time and had to supplement with formula, so that makes me a little more cautious than others might be.

By the way, love your name choice! One of my good friends is named Ember. Smile

Yup, that's probably too far to drive! But if you happen to be coming by here, keep me in mind!

I am willing to drive, but only as far as make sense, so if there is a huge batch of milk that needs a home, or if I can line up pick ups from multiple people along a route, that makes sense, thus, I'm unwilling to say "I will drive X miles" because it varies! For 20 oz, I'l drive across town, for 1,000, I'll drive a lot further! Smile

Ah, that would be a pretty far drive... I'm in NH but bordering Maine.

Andy, where are you located? You don't have NH listed as a state to drive to, but it's in the NH folder...

Hi, my name is Andy and I'm expecting my first child, a daughter, in October.

Nine years ago, I had a double mastectomy, and I am thus unable to breastfeed.

I have a local friend who pumped a bunch of milk for me, but it will really only keep my daughter fed for maybe a week after her birth, so I'm starting to collect milk now. My hope is to feed as much donor milk as possible once she is born.

I have a pretty flexible schedule, and can pick milk up anywhere in MA, CT, RI, or VT or NY state near the MA border starting later this week, once my new freezer arrives.

Please get in touch, e-mail is andy.inkster@gmail.com, reply here, or phone at 413-326-1573.

Thanks,
Andy (and little Ember)
