We have a few firm guidelines here at MilkShare, so please take note:

1. Absolutely NO selling of breastmilk or adult fettish requests permitted- report violations using the link at the bottom of page.
2. Donors should be refunded the cost of basic supplies. Recipients should pay for shipping costs in advance.
Please make these arrangements in advance and clearly communicate the expectations of both parties.
3. Most important: share milk responsibly and take steps to protect recipient children from diseases that are transmittable

I have 3 weeks old premature twin boys and I am looking for breastmilk. I would be happy to come and pick up the milk at your convinience in case you still have it. We live in Chelmsford, MA. I am happy to answer any questions that you might have,

Hi! I have milk to donate for a mama and baby in need. I have all pre-natal blood work. I do not drink or smoke. I am happy to answer any questions about my health or diet. My little one just turned one and I have more than enough milk to keep him going for another few months. (Plus I am still nursing). Please contact me if you are interested.
