Tampa-Milk for donation Empty Tampa-Milk for donation

Hello,

This is my first time looking into donating this way so please excuse my ignorance!
I have a son who was born July 11, 2012 and I produce more milk than he needs. I do not have a huge back stock as I have been throwing the milk out- I just don't have the space to keep all of it. I haven't measured but I think I throw out at least 20 oz a day-so I could pretty quickly build up a supply to give someone.
I also have a 3.5 year old who I exclusively breastfed for a year until he transitioned onto cows milk.
I plan of breastfeeding/pumping until my son is a year old as well.
A small amount of background info- milk banks do not want my milk because of my time spent in the UK. I was born there and have made many trips back. Otherwise- I do not smoke. I do drink alcohol but am very careful about not saving milk that would have alcohol in it (I am feeding it to my own child after all!). Overall I drink decaf. I eat everything-a lot of it organic. In september 2012 I cut dairy out of my diet as I suspected a dairy protein allergy in my son and am currently reincorporating (slowly) back into my diet to see if he reacts to it.

I am more than happy to answer any and all questions if you are interested. I just don't want to type my life history if no one is interested Smile I do work full time so please be patient if I do not respond immediately!

Please message me if you are interested!
