Want to donate Empty Re: Want to donate

Hello,
My name is Yecenia Rodriguez, I have a 6 month baby boy who is in desperate need of milk. My son was born at 6 lbs and 5 oz and he is currently at 12 lbs and 3 oz. The doctors keep telling me that he needs to be hospitalized but they are wanting to give him radiation and experimental testing so I keep refusing. We have tried every type of formula and he keeps vomiting and he has lots of flames, and now he is so constipated that he is now bleeding when passing a bowel movement. His milestones are of a 2 month baby. We just started giving him goats milk this week and I am seeing some improvement, but I believe he needs mothers milk to help him grow. I need your help... I do not want him to suffer anymore. I can't just stand here and wait for the doctors to hospitalize him.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart, if you would consider us. (we will take anything...nothing is too little)

I would love if you'd consider helping out my 5 month old whenever your stash is ready! Due to a variety of medical issues on my part, and despite extensive efforts to increase my supply, I currently make less than half of what my son needs. I understand you won't have a stash for a while, but we'll still need it whenever it's ready! Though I don't know the logistics of shipping it since I've never gotten it that way before, I'm happy to pay shipping and restock your supply of bags as well. I would want to know a little about your health/diet, and my husband and I do ask for a copy of prenatal or recent blood work showing negative status for HIV and the like, as well as a list of any medications/supplements you're taking. If you're willing to share that information with us I'd love if you'd message me and consider donating to my little guy!
Thanks,
Brehanna & Baby Ronan

Want to donate Empty Want to donate

I saw the article on MSNBC about the shortage of milk in milk banks. I want to donate peer-to-peer and help a baby as opposed to donating to HMBANA where they charge up to $6 an ounce to needy families. Shocked

I lost all of my stored breastmilk after moving and my 10 month old is still exclusively BREASTfed. I need to get my frozen aisle going again Razz and would love to put it to good use. Since I don't have any frozen milk right now it may take a while to get a good frozen supply up to make the cost of shipping worthwhile for the recipient, so I really can't help anyone desperate for milk right now. Sad However, if you are pregnant or adopting and know you will need milk soon, I would love to help you out!
