I am a non-smoker/never drink alcohol or caffiene/no recreational drugs. I take one perscription drug called acebutolol. it is a beta blocker for a fast heartrate. a category B drug. safe for pregnancy and nursing. ask a lactation consult if you are concerned. they usually have a book called medications and mothers milk. I have had no problems with taking it and nursing my 3 boys. I eat good and follow a gluten free diet due to personal allergies. I have never had a breast infection. Milk is refrigerated for max of my 12 hour work shift then frozen. I have all negative bloodwork and can get a copy from my midwife during pregnancy.
This may be a one time donation or more. I plan to nurse for 4 more months (till baby is 12 months).

Hello, I am new here and have an 8 month old. I have frozen milk in my deep freezer from July 09 to current date that i would like to donate. Not sure how to go about doing it. But you can contact me if you are in need.
