Are you still looking for milk? Also do you have concerns about dairy in the donor's diet?

Micah Needs Mama's Milk! Empty Micah Needs Mama's Milk!

Post by aliciaf Sat Feb 06, 2010 2:01 pm

I just I just joined this group because we are in huge bind. My little 6-month old, Micah, started needing to be supplemented in Dec. b/c I don't make enough milk. So we tried cow's milk formula and he had an awful reaction...his WHOLE body is covered in an itchy red rash, his face is weeping and crusty (sometimes bloody). We also tried goat's milk with the same result. We would LOVE to be able to supplement him with some good wholesome BM and stop this crazy terrible eczema! He sleeps only a few at night b/c the itching is so bad...poor baby. We are willing to drive anywhere and more than happy to help with any expenses.
