I am new to all this but want to help as I was a 32 weeker myself. I am in Va beach and willing to ship via Ups, I guess same day air or what not. Right now, I only havr 50 oz but am still lactating. I have removed all milk from my 3 month's old diet, she is on similic lactose free now. I just found out about this site, I have wasted a lot of milk recently...

I will have more milk as I keep pumping everyday.

I will also be travelling to Baltimore, Md the next two weekends if anyone is there who needs milk. I am 23, married, healthy, do not smoke or drink. Only taking prenatal pills and the low dose-mini pill which is okay for breastfeeding.
