Hi Firemom,
We are adopting a baby boy who's due June 2nd, and we live in Orlando. I'm trying to find and stock up on breastmilk to help him through his first few months. If you still have any milk available, we would be very grateful to receive some. I can drive and pick it up from you if that's convenient.
Gratefully,
Jill

Hi, my name is Melissa and I live in Plantation right outside of Davie. My daighter Jaelie has a very rare neuromuscular genetic disorder called Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1. It is the most severe form of SMA. These kids usually don't live past the age of 2 and my daughter is miraculously still here at the age of 2 and a half. She depends on a numerous amount of machines to get her through her every day. We usually get a charitable donation from the milk bank at Austin and they have been experiencing a shortage for 2 months. We have not gotten any shipments and I'm starting to get very nervous because I'm having to give her less and less and she actually has been very very sick these past 2 weeks and I just KNOW it's from the lack of breast milk! I hope that you can find it in your heart to help me and my baby out! Please let me know if we sound like a possible candidate to recieve your precious gift.

Hello,
Do you still have milk available in Orlando? I'm traveling to Ft. Myers to see family with my 12 week old twins. Try as I might, I can't keep up with their demand. We need about 10 oz a day, or a total of 100 oz. while in Ft. Myers, from 3/2 - 3/11. Would you be able to help us?
Thanks,
Marianna, Fern, and Silas

We live in Travelers Rest, SC and have a UPS account for shipping milk. I spoke with our UPS store who said it could be shipped this way....

place 6-8 BM bags into airtight Ziploc Bags
wrap Ziploc bags in bubble wrap
then wrap in paper bags
place on box and pack tight with paper
mark Human Milk - - Perishable - - Fragile ("frag-eee---llllaaayyyy, must be Italian" "Honey I think that says Fragile." - sorry could not help it)

Let me know if you would be willing to ship to us.
My email to give you account number and address is jennifer@jennifergilbert.us.

In Abundant Blessings,
Jennifer and Noah

I am a donor for HMBNA and I have a lot of milk available in my freezer. It is just about a year old. I pumped it and my daughter never took a bottle. I have been screened through the HMBNA.
