2. Donors should be refunded the cost of basic supplies. Recipients should pay for shipping costs in advance.
Please make these arrangements in advance and clearly communicate the expectations of both parties.
3. Most important: share milk responsibly and take steps to protect recipient children from diseases that are transmittable

I have a large stash of frozen breast milk available to a baby in need. My daughter spent 10 weeks in the NICU, and wouldn't you know it, she won't take a bottle. So I've got lots of milk stored very carefully ready to go to a new home. My name is Katie, and we live in the North end of the city. I love you
