If you were not able to ship the milk to the other mom who was interested, then I am very interested and would love it. My son is 7 months old, so similiar in age and nutritional age of the milk. I have just started some medication that does not allow me to breastfeed and I am heartbroken. I too am continuing to pump so that if the medication does not work, I can continue to breastfeed. Thanks.

if your breastmilk is still available i'd love it for my baby. i have a preemie who was 9 weeks early. i produce breastmilk (have been pumping for 4 months!) but i can't give it to her because i'm on so much medication. i developed preeclampsia and my blood pressure has been difficult to control since. usually these medications are tolerated but i've had many doctors tell me that the amount that i'm taking is too unsafe for the baby. they're afraid her blood pressure will go too low. so i'm still pumping hoping that one day soon i'll be able to wean off my meds and give her my own breastmilk. until then i'd really appreciate donated breastmilk. she has allergies to most formulas and difficulties digesting the formula because she's a preemie. you can email me at anareyes1@yahoo.com or call me at 626-376-1149. it would be so wonderful if i could give her any breastmilk!. i'm happy to pay for whatever shipping costs!

Hello,

I have about 70 oz of milk to give away. My son is 9 months old and is being currently nursed by me, I have pumped extra in the last few months and would love to find a new home for it. This will be my 4th donation via milkshare. I dont have any illnesses, dont take any medications, non-alcoholic and non-smoking (no one in the family smokes). I do take a pre-natal vitamin with DHA everyday and am on a healthy diet with a very active life-style. I take a vegetarian diet (no meat, no fish, no poultry except for eggs).

The milk is stored in Lansinoh bags in deep freezer and the oldest milk is from June 2010. I firmly believe in donating milk and it has been a very enriching experience for me.

I am located around Seattle, WA and would prefer local recipients, but if you are willing to pay, I can ship it as well. I kindly request to be reimbursed for Lansinoh milk bags.

Thanks.

moksh
