We have a few firm guidelines here at MilkShare, so please take note:

I live in Northern Alberta, Peace River. I am in Edmonton fairly regularly. If anyone needs some extra BM, please let me know. I have no problem helping out! My DS is 2 months (10weeks). I eat a clean diet and exericse regularly. I have been bf'ing for just over 2 yrs (my DD is 2). No drugs or alcohol, no antibiotics or medications.
