Moving to Austin - looking for donors Empty Moving to Austin - looking for donors

Post by tmckay Sun May 16, 2010 7:19 am

Hi, everyone!

We are planning to move to Austin as soon as our home here (near Boston) sells. This is probably a bit premature, but I'd love to begin to establish relationships with donor moms who will consider becoming donors for us once we arrive.

I am a 35 y.o. mother of 3. The little one is Luke - 9 months right now. We have been pretty fortunate in receiving milk donations here; Luke has been roughly 75% breast milk. He now is eating some food but we would really like to at least make it to his 1st birthday with breast milk and if we happen to find donors willing to provide milk after that I would be thrilled to have him on it for much longer.

I am more than happy to share my story, info. about my family, pics of Luke, etc. if you're interested in helping us.

Regardless of if you're donating to me, I want to send a huge thank you to ALL the donors out there. I am beyond words to express how grateful we are that Luke is thriving and healthy thanks to kind and generous donor moms. We are so appreciative for all the donor moms do!
