Hi Phoebe, thank you so much for posting! I have IGT and am doing everything possible to increase my production, but am still needing to supplement significantly. Our daughter is 5wks old and we'd be very interested in picking up any milk that you may have. My email is aliosa_m (at) hotmail (dot) com and we are close by in Fort Greene.

Hi Phoebe,
We are looking for donated breast milk for my son who was born in late January. My wife is unable to breast feed due to low prolactin levels. She had the same problem with our daughter who is now 3. I'd be happy to talk further if you have any other questions. We live in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn so pick up would be very easy. Let me know if you still have available milk. Thanks so much,

Patrick

Thank you for your post and intention. We are in need of breastmilk.
Iam contacting you on behalf of my wife ... she is struggling to produce milk and we've been working with an IBCLC, RN.
She is taking motherlove herbs and she's now working with an SNS system as recommended by our IBCLC.
But when we supplement with some organic formula, our baby suffers very badly from constipation and gas and severe pain from gas...
She is down, discouraged and desperate.... She is in need of some donor milk ,at least enough to help her while she diligently works to increase her supply. if your milk is still available we would be thrilled , I am willing to drive to pick it up.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Zienna,

I am not sure about shipping them as I do not want to risk everything going bad and prefer local pickup. If you can send someone to pick up, it would be a better situation.

Thanks,
Phoebe

Phoebe,

I live in Simsbury, Connecticut. Would you be willing ship the milk? The weather is cold and it will stay frozen with some freezer packs. I am forced to take chemotherapy for CML (chronic mylogenous leukemia) and can no longer nurse my 4 months old son. He is very stressed with the formula. Please help. Please feel free to call or text me if you can help at 860-249-9365. Thank you, Zienna

Frozen BM from Sept to current Empty Frozen BM from Sept to current

I have a freezer full of pumped BM from Sept till now. I am currently still nursing my 5.5 months old daughter but she is still taking 3-5 oz milk every 3 hours with nanny during the day while I nurse her mornings and nights. I would like to donate partial of the BM since I am running out of room in my freezer. Baby is starting cereal and she does use some freezer ones but there is plenty to share. Milk stored with 2-6 oz bags. My daughter was born in July, weighting albs 8 oz and is currently +/- 16 lbs ( i am guessing as her last visit was 4 months @ 14lbs 9 oz)
Pick up in Brooklyn. Around Park Slope area.
