If you ever have more...

I live in the Peoria area! Smile I am in search of milk for my now 8 month old baby. I have IGT and am unable to provide solely for him. Thankfully he has been EBF because of generous mama's such as yourself! Just thought I'd let you know I'm in the area. Thanks!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the milk has been taken. If I have any more surplus, I will post again. Thanks!

Hi! If the milk is still available, we'd love to be considered. My youngest son, Colin, has been thriving off donated milk. My family lives all around that area and can pick up for us (we live in AL). Thanks!

Milk to donate in central IL

Post by jme832001 on Fri May 11, 2012 12:08 pm

I have frozen milk from my daughter's first month (March, 2012) that I would like to get rid of before it is too late. We live between Bloomington and Peoria, IL.

I have not added up the ounces yet, but I pumped about 12 ounces a day, sometimes more, so that would be around 360 oz. My baby and I are healthy, and I'm not on any medications, just vitamins. When I pumped this milk, I was on a pre-natal vitamin and a magnesium vitamin (otc-- 250 mg) that my doctor suggested I take for some muscles cramps I had in my legs. The doctor is aware that I nurse and is not concerned with the vitamins.

I hope this helps someone.
