I have a 4 month old son and thus far have been getting by with dairy free BM from a good friend of mine. She just gave me her last batch and I am in need of more.

I produce 2 oz total (and that is with herbs and all the milk increasing tactics). We had to supplement with enfamil nutramigen but he hated it!!!!!!!! it was miserable trying to get him to drink it. when I found this site and people donated it was like a MIRACLE. I had a happy baby again.

I really don't want to give him this disgusting formula.. the ingredients are terrible and the taste is as well. Some milk I have taken has dairy in it but I can mix it 1/3 dairy milk to 2/3 non - diary BM and that works great and helps extend our supply.

By non- dairy breast milk I mean the person cannot eat any dairy: cow's milk, cheese and yogurt, butter, cottage cheese etc. The cow's milk protein comes through breast milk and my son cannot handle it. It makes him painfully gassy and gives him reflux.

Goat cheese and yogurt is just fine and my son can handle that.

if you can help me I would GREATLY appreciate it!
