Hi, My name is Chrissy and I have a 7 month old. I have lots of extra milk. My son now eats baby food, and except for a morning and afternoon nursing (and all night of course) really prefers to eat food. So, where does that leave me?? I don't want to get my period back... so I'm trying to keep up my supply by pumping a couple times of day in between him eating. I have currently over 70 oz of milk, and I make about 30+ a week if I'm dilligent. It would be much easier to help someone near me, but if someone is willing to pay shipping costs then okay.
About me/my milk....
I'm 26. I'm a hippy/health nut. I do yoga and try to get in my cardio by working on the elliptical because it doesn't hurt my chest. I am a little overweight currently but most of that was because I gained too much during pregnancy. I have two children DD 4 years and DS 7 months. My DD was breastfed until 11 months when I had to be separated from her due to needs of the military, and my DS has been strictly breastfed (no bottles or formula Very Happy ) up until recently with the baby food.
Eating organic food is very important to me but somethings are cost prohibative. I make most of my own food from scratch, but I am not a vegetarian. We do not eat packaged food, or even junk food really. I do drink coffee, but less than 3 cups (approx) a day. We are not dairy or peanut free and as much as I am willing to help, I don't think that I could transition to that. I take vegetarian food based pre-natal vitamins and drink lots of water.
I do not smoke, or drink alcohol.... ever. I did that for too many years before my children and I'm just not interested anymore.

Thanks for reading. Let me know if I can help!
