As far as I know, yes. I am a member of an online support group for women breastfeeding after breast reduction and several mamas in this group take both at the same time. I have taken then simultaneously as well but stopped taking the LV because I didn't feel it was helping. Just and FYI, several ladies at the same site I mentioned above felt that LV lowered their supplies.
