2. Donors should be refunded the cost of basic supplies. Recipients should pay for shipping costs in advance.
Please make these arrangements in advance and clearly communicate the expectations of both parties.
3. Most important: share milk responsibly and take steps to protect recipient children from diseases that are transmittable

We got a call from our adoption agency yesterday about a baby boy who was born a week ago. If all goes well and we are the right match for each other, we will be bringing him home Monday - tomorrow. I'd love to be able to provide him with breastmilk from a local donor in the Indy area. We live in the Carmel area and would be so thankful for the opportunity to breatfeed our adopted child. We try to eat local organic as much as we can and I would so prefer not to use formula. Thank you for any help you can provide!
