I have a 2m old baby and we had supply issues in the beginning, so I built up a surplus. Problem is I now produce so much that my freezer is full and I need to make room for the fresh milk!

- non smoker
- do not drink
- take prenatals daily
- not vegan but very rarely consume meat or poultry
- also take an additional iron supplement

Full disclosure, i'm also on an antidepressant, 25mg of Zoloft daily. I trust it for my baby, but you may or may not have an issue with it for yours - consult your own pediatrician. This is why I couldn't just donate it to a milk bank. I know this will be a dealbreaker for a lot of parents, but I only need one yes for all this pumping to be worth it.
