Hello, I live in Charlotte, NC, and am looking for donor milk for my 2 month old son, Jeremy. I lost 1100 ML of blood and got pelvic bone dislocation through a long hard labor. Jeremy had to be fed formula right away because of high jaundice. The first month I was out of hospital, I had to use a walker and a bedside pan and I was in severe pain. Even today, I still have some complications from delivery. Due to health issues, I produce far less milk than needed and have to supplement with formula. We tried all kinds of different brands, but my son just doesn't like formula, and he eats much less than needed. He was born at about 50% weight, but now is below 5%. I have a prescription from my pediatrician for Jeremy"s condition of “poor weight gain and formula refusal”. We are looking for long-term, short-term donation close-by, or one-time large donation farther away, and are glad to replace storage bags, pay shipping and maybe some other trade like giving you diapers etc.

Thank you very much and any help will be greatly appreciated!

Ivy
