Good Morning Esther,

My name is Iris and i am in need of milk. My daughter was 10 weeks premature and endured a 37 day NICU stay. i have exclusively pumped this entire time but now it seems my supply is not keeping up with her appetite. I pump several times a day and have already gone through all the frozen milk i had stored.

I would prefer giving her breast milk over formula. I am located in West Orange, NJ but my husband works in Midtown. We are both willing to pick up from anyone within a 45 minute train ride/drive. Thank you!

I have about 200 ounces of frozen milk that I pumped early this June. I would like to donate it to one or more families in NYC, as long as they are available to pick it up from my place in the Greenwich Village. I am in excellent health conditions (I can provide health records upon request), and I do not smoke/drink. I am originally from Italy, so I lived for more than 5 years in Europe between 1980 and 1996. I am mentioning that because milk banks won't take my milk due to my potential risk of exposure to CJD. However, Italy has experienced only a couple of cases of CJD, and I am currently breastfeeding my daughter without any concern of my medical providers. Please, email me if interested.
