We would love your milk my daughter is 3 weeks old and I've doing everything to increase my milk supply so I can pump for when I go back to work and school
But hardly anything comes out when I pump.
Thank you so much

Are you still donating milk? I have a 6 day old in dire need of some. Our donor fell through.

Milk to donate Tacoma WA Empty Willing to drive to Tacoma tonight or tomorrow morning!

Post by milkforemma.com Fri Apr 13, 2012 8:14 pm

Hi there, my name is Josh and my little 4 week old girl could really use your donor milk if it's still available. Not sure if Christina already picked it up.

But if it's still available I'd be willing to drive up from Battle Ground, WA tomorrow morning (or tonight!). It's a 4 hour round trip but if you have a large supply it'd so be worth it to us!

Let me know. My email is jmonen at gmail.com and phone (call or text) is 360-852-2981. You can read our story at MilkForEmma.com.

I am interested in your milk...I have an eight month old girl that relies on donor milk as I cannot breastfeed.

Our baby girl decided to come a bit early, and is still in the ICU at Tacoma General. I am doing excellent with my milk production, so much so that the hospital has asked me to remove some of it as I am taking up too much room in their freezers. I need to have it removed this Saturday the 14th. I have an ice chest and will be getting dry ice (as that keeps it frozen solid) and am willing to give it someone who needs it. We are staying at the Treehouse in Tacoma across from Tacoma General and would be happy to meet you here. The medications you will find in my breast milk are all labeled with the date and time the milk was pumped. After my c-section, I was prescribed percoset, ambien, motrin (ibuprofen), nifedipine (blood pressure medication), and docusate my first week to week and a half. After that I was taking either Ibuprofen or Tylenol for the pain, as well as a prenatal vitamin, acidophilus, and omega 3. Until I pick the milk up on Saturday, I do not know what bottles they have used and which one's you will be getting. If it is after the first week, which I am pretty sure they are you will only find the vitamins and either the ibuprofen or tylenol that was taken according to the recommended dose. All of the medications prescribed and taken by me at any point were considered safe and not harmful to the baby by the doctors, nurses, and lactation specialists. My daughter is doing EXCELLENT and has been doing amazing since the day she was born. The doctors/nurses and my husband and I all know it is attributed to the great supply of breast milk that she has had along with the great care and love she get's everyday. Please respond if you are interested and we can arrange a time to meet on Saturday.
