Does anyone have any tips on using Sns in public? I am pretty adept at using it at home, but need to start getting out more with with baby. She is 5 weeks, so I need to cradle hold her if I nurse her without a boppy pillow and I am not sure how to rig everything up discreetly. I imagine I will need to use a cover.

I've not been brave enough to do it. I've been told repeatedly that the lact-aid is easier to use out in public because you can just put the bag in your bra, but I've never used it. Here's a link to a cover that's made especially for this.

I just put the sns around my neck and under my shirt, then put the tube to my nipple as I latch her on. I do use a blanket (an Aden & Anais thin muslin blanket works great, not hot!) just on the side of my shoulder for a few minutes, then I tuck it under my bra, pull my shirt down over it in the back and pull the blanket over the baby in the front (not covering her head, but just to keep her warm since it's winter). That's worked well for us... my baby is 6 weeks old.
