The milk is still available and I'd be happy to work something out with you. I'll send you a direct message to your e-mail.

Thanks!

Milk to Donate - approx 100 oz - willing to ship to family in need Empty Milk Needed

Post by ladyj10-4@hotmail.com Thu Aug 11, 2011 12:01 pm

Hi, I saw your post, and was wondering if you still had milk to offer.

My 3 week old son, Oscar was born tongue-tied and has had trouble drawing out my milk. As a consequence my milk supply has not increased sufficiently. I pump to increase, but it is not adequate enough to feed him at this time. I am really committed to feeding Oscar breast milk rather than formula, and would be grateful for your help!

Please let me know if you can help. I am happy to pay for any shipping or other expenses.

Feel free to contact me at my private email: ladyj10-4@hotmail.com

Thank you so much for donating to help mothers like me!

Let me start by saying that I am a healthy mother of an 11-month old. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and take no medications other than a daily pre-natal vitamin. I have 97 oz of milk to donate that was pumped in March, April, May and June 2011. Here are the breakdowns by month:

March - 36 oz.
April - 35 oz.
May - 19.5 oz
June - 6.5 oz (dairy free)

My son has a dairy and soy allergy so I cannot use any of this milk but would love to give it to a family in need.

I am just south of Boston but would be willing to ship if someone could instruct me on the proper shipping method to preserve the quality of the milk.

Please let me know if you are interested. I would really like to help someone out.
