How long to wait Empty How long to wait

How long do you wait for a response to a Pm before moving to the next person in line.

I have like 4 people who want my milk and a full freezer bag being shuffled around my freezer. I am concerned the milk needs a home before the warmth in our tiny freezer gets to it. All of these moms seem to be within an hour drive of me.

I messaged 3 folks initially and went with the first one who got back to me. I did also hold back some of my early milk to wait for a response from someone with a new infant as I know how crazy those first few days are... I gave them two weeks and they got in touch, but I had already donated my more age matched milk to another child...
