I have many storage containers (maybe 50) full of frozen milk from the past 3 months (my baby was 2-5 months old at the time). I have written down the dates and times and froze them all immediately after pumping.

I eat 99% organic foods, am vegetarian (excluding fish), and I am smoke/disease/STD/drug free. In the process of pumping these, I switched from being wheat-free to gluten-free, so many of the milk does not contain any gluten. I drink an occasional (maybe twice a month) *half* glass of white wine at dinner. Other than that, no alcohol either.
