Legalities of making milk donations Empty Legalities of making milk donations

Post by annbeverly Thu May 27, 2010 8:17 am

Does anyone have any advice about legalities or liabilities when donating breast milk? I want to donate, but my husband is worried that we could be sued if the baby gets sick. I have a healthy 10 month old and have made donations to the Milk Bank (passed all of their tests) but now would like to donate locally. I would love some advice.

Thanks

Hi all,
I just saw an older post that deals with this question and feel very happy with the comments that all of the responders left.
