This poll is if you have only one child/pregnancy. I should have allowed multiple responses, but I can no longer change it.
If you have more than one child, go to the other poll: https://milkshare.forumotion.com/general-questions-re-milksharing-f54/over-under-supply-morning-sickness-poll-for-more-than-one-child-t1811.htm#4858

I've been reading that "Progesterone stimulates the growth of the glandular tissue in breasts during pregnancy". I also read somewhere (don't know where) that high progesterone is the cause of morning sickness. So, I'm wondering if "low milk supply" mothers had morning sickness... or not. And, I'm wondering the same for normal/oversupply mothers. Obviously, this is not a scientific survey... but, I'm curious to know. Thank you!

I may also have another poll later... or maybe you can post here... about diet. Those with low milk supply, did you eat egg yolk, yam, or chicken often (like every day)? These w/ natural progesterone. Likewise, those with normal/over supply, did you eat egg yolk, yam, or chicken often (like every day)? Note: Sweet potato is NOT yam.

Well, I have had major over supply with 2 kids now. My first one I had horrible horrible morning sickness. My second- one day. At least in my case there seems to be no corelation. My pumping output is pretty well exact between the two kids but my pregnancies/ morning sickness was no where near alike.
So I did not answer the poll as I have two answers.

Awww. I should have allowed multiple choices! I cannot change it now, but I appreciate your reply!
I made a second poll for more than one child/pregnancies: https://milkshare.forumotion.com/general-questions-re-milksharing-f54/over-under-supply-morning-sickness-poll-answer-if-two-or-more-children-pregnancies-t1811.htm

I did respond to the poll. I have an oversupply and I had very little morning sickness. Maybe 1 day that I was actually sick and then about 2 weeks that I was paranoid about being sick. I am older (37 at birth) and I had low progesterone levels and took a dailey progesterone pill until 12 weeks.

i was 35 when i conceived and 36 when i delivered, so also AMA, but i have the problem of low supply. I also took progesterone suppositories (joy!) due to borderline low levels. I didn't really ever have morning sickness. Some queasiness at night once or twice, but that was it. I did have a miscarriage prior to this pregnancy 3 months earlier.

No one can really explain why i have low supply. The lactation consultant suggested stress.

I have an oversupply and had severe morning sickness. I lost 10 lbs my first trimester and had morning sickness the entire pregnancy. I ended up with five broken teeth as a result of acid erosion from throwing up so much over 38 weeks.
