I mean she sends it to a recipient, not a donor. Smile

Hey Erin, I will look into it again. I know how important milk is for the little ones for sure!!! I know a gal here in Edmonton who ships her milk to a donor in Colorado. The donor doesn't pay for the milk, but does pay for the shipping and supplies, i.e. dry ice etc. I just want to ask her about customs and how all of that works...

Hi, were you ever able to find someone? I see that you posted this in April.

Desperately Seeking Donor Milk in Vancouver, WA Area!!! Empty Desperately Seeking Donor Milk in Vancouver, WA Area!!!

[b]

Hi my name is Erin Keys and we are seeking donor milk for our preemie son, Damian. Damian was born at 28 weeks gestation and is currently 4 weeks old. I have immature breast tissue and am not producing milk- it never came in and even though I've tried domperidone and everything else my LC has suggested, its not coming in.

I'm really disappointed in my body, and scared for our baby. He is doing good, but very small and I want to be able to give him breast milk to give him the best chance at being healthy.

If anyone has any milk they can donate we would really appreciate it. Our insurance won't cover breast milk from the bank and the price is way more than we can even begin to afford. I am happy to pick the milk up and provide you with replacement storage bags.
