1500 oz to donate in Queens NY Empty Milk still available???

Post by siobhan.hannah Fri Sep 28, 2012 9:53 pm

Greetings. I am interested if the milk is still available. I have a eight week old girl named Anna and am not able to produce enough milk for her despite all my effort (herbs, pumping, much nursing). I am in Southern New Jersey, however we happen to be coming up to Northern NJ this weekend and next. We could totally drive into Queens and pick up milk if it would suet you. I would love to talk more and share our story with you. The best way to contact me is by phone (we have poor internet connection). Our number is (856) 696 1641

I hope we can work something out. Blessings!

Siobhan and baby Anna.

1500 oz to donate in Queens NY Empty 1500 oz to donate in Queens NY

I am the mom of a 16 month old super healthy boy who has no allergies. I just weaned him fully a few weeks ago. Because I work full time and travel for business, I pumped a lot! All milk has been kept in deep freeze, in a separate chest freezer bought for that purpose. My milk had good fat content, a nice thick layer of hind milk in each bottle. My son was exclusively breastfed for 6 months before we started solids and he was quite a chunk on my milk alone! I am an educated professional with a healthy lifestyle, don't smoke, didn't drink at all while lactating, and have a very healthy, fresh diet. The milk is in bags of about 5 oz each and I have a total of 1475 oz. 760 of those oz were pumped in July, August and September of 2011 when my son was 3-5 months old. It is over one year old but we defrosted a bag to check and it had no sour smell or taste and my son drank it without complaint. A remaining 645 oz were pumped between October 2011 and January 2012, and an additional 70 oz in February and March 2012. I am willing to donate locally so please come and pick it up! And bring your baby if you can so I can meet the little one it is going to. Contact me to make arrangements. Thanks.
