one-time donation needed for traveling baby

I posted about this in some other states (not sure quite where to put it!).
I have an 8mo baby who can so far only (barely) tolerate the Nourishing Traditions formula. I have igt and cannot exclusively breastfeed. I make the formula here at home from raw, pasture-fed jersey milk, but I don't know if I'll be able to get that or make the formula while traveling to visit my parents near KC.
We plan to go sometime in November. If anyone could spare some for a temporary situation, I'd be so thankful! We're coming from PA and will be traveling through on I-70 and could possibly pick up anywhere along that route. We also may swing through Cincinnati en route, if anyone there has any.
