2. Donors should be refunded the cost of basic supplies. Recipients should pay for shipping costs in advance.
Please make these arrangements in advance and clearly communicate the expectations of both parties.
3. Most important: share milk responsibly and take steps to protect recipient children from diseases that are transmittable

I met so many amazing women on here who offered to ship milk to me but ended up finding one that was local.

She had a preemie who was about the same age as my Sophia. She donated a few hundred ounces at first and then offered to exclusively feed Sophia! We just hit 6 months and over 5000 ounces given from her!

My baby has heart and kidney problems but has had no problems with any other illnesses or weight gain. She is thriving and the doctors believe it was because she has been on breast milk for so long.

Not only did she donate milk but she offered advise and an ear to listen and a friendship blossomed!

We are the luckiest family!
