Milk to donate in Fort Walton Beach area Oct 5-7 Empty Milk to donate in Fort Walton Beach area Oct 5-7

I am traveling to the Fort Walton Beach area for work October 5-7, away from my four month old baby boy for the first time since he's been born. Sad

A friend told me about this site and suggested I post here to see if anyone can use the breastmilk that I will pump while I'm away from him as I am not going to try to take it home through the airport (and we have enough in the freezer for him during this time). I live a very healthy lifestyle, non-smoker, vegetarian diet and I do eat eggs and milk. My son is very healthy and active and is in the upper percentiles for height and weight. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about myself and my diet/lifestyle.

I usually pump about 12oz/day during the 8 hours that I'm at work, so I figure I'll have about 36oz/day while I'm away and pumping full time. I won't keep milk that I pump in transit unless I'm sure that it falls well within the guidelines for room temperature milk storage, so I'm guessing that total I'll have somewhere between 60-80 oz to donate before I leave for the airport on Friday afternoon. Ideally, I'd like to have someone meet me in the Fort Walton Beach or Pensacola area Friday afternoon before I fly out.
