I am a first time Mom with an 8-month-old little boy. I have exclusively pumped and bottle-fed breast milk and he has been growing like a weed and is in the 75th percentile for weight and 95th percentile for height. A friend suggested I donate my milk to others in need. I currently pump about 2-3 times a day and have bags (mostly 4oz portions) of breast milk stored in my freezer (starting back 4 months ago, when he was about 4 months old) and continue to add to the stock daily. I plan to pump for the next 6 months. A little about me, I have no health problems. I do take a prenatal multivitamin once a day, but no other medications. I do not drink or smoke and have a clean bill of health. I live north of Dallas and would prefer to donate locally, but would consider shipping. Please let me know if you are interested.
