Hello! Just checking to see if you've had any luck with receiving donated breastmilk yet and if so, if you are in need for more. I live in Independence and I currently have a little over 100 ozs. in my freezer to donate to a baby in need. My daughter is 3 months old and doing very well off my milk. She's quite the chunker already Very Happy She was born weighing 6 lbs. 10 ozs on June 25 and is currently over 13.5 lbs already! She is usually full off of just one side and I usually pump the other breast. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of storage space. I've even been slowing down on pumping b/c we are running out of room but would be willing to pump more if I knew it would help another baby.

I've donated on this site before (with my firstborn) and have found it to be a very rewarding experience. Let me know if I can help! I'm willing to get a note or whatever you need from my doctor in addition to filling out the application on this site. Plus, you could even contact the other mom that I've donated to before. I am not on any medications but do take prenatal vitamins plus a DHA supplement.

Need milk in KC Empty Need milk in KC

I am struggling with supply issues for my 5 month old son. I have tried everything to build up my supply. I am currently supplementing him with about 10 oz over my supply per day. When I have given him formula he gets incredibly gassy and constipated and then doesnt eat as well. Please help me to be able to give him only breastmilk! I live in Kansas City and am willing to pick up.
Thanks!
