Seeking dairy free milk Empty Seeking dairy free milk

Hello,

I know it's a long shot, but I have to at least check! My DS was born September 19th with a congenital heart defect(tetrology of fallot). He will be undergoing open heart surgery in March so you can imagine I'd like to give him as much mother's milk as possible to keep him as healthy as possible. I had a breast reduction in 2006 and unfortunately do not have a fully supply, even with the help of all the galactagogues in the world. I estimate that I make about half of what my son needs and he gets roughly 12 oz of (very expensive, hypo-allergenic)formula every day. I was fortunate enough to find a wonderful mama who was willing to pump for us for 6 months but we recently discovered that DS has a dairy sensitivity and suspect peanut sensitivity as well. If there is anyone in the Elizabeth City, NC or Hampton Roads, VA area who has dairy and peanut free milk to donate we would be ever so grateful. Thanks for reading and feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thanks!
Jodi
