2. Donors should be refunded the cost of basic supplies. Recipients should pay for shipping costs in advance.

We are expecting to adopt a newborn at the end of the year and are working on being able to breast feed her when she is born. We are hoping to store up some donated milk in the mean time so we can start with a supplementer right away and keep the formula at bay. We are willing to pay for supplies etc. Thank you for looking!
