10 week old, ~2 oz per day

Post by christinahaig on Wed Apr 12, 2017 10:03 am

I have been pumping an extra ~2 oz per day.  That may increase as my baby gets older.  I'd like to establish a relationship with a family in need in my area with regular pickups (hopefully with a baby around the same age).  I live in NE Durham, and I have about 60 oz frozen right now, from when my baby was just a week old, up to now.

Full Disclosure:  I usually pump first thing in the morning, before or while I'm drinking my morning coffee, so there shouldn't be much caffeine, but occasionally I pump later at night too.  I take prenatal vitamins as well as 1000IU Vitamin D every day, and a Lithium Orotate supplement of 5mg (~200ug elemental lithium).  Every few days I take a garlic pill and Vitamin C for general health.  I'm pretty sure a regular milk bank won't take my donations because of that, which is sad, because I would love to help another baby in need.
