Hello,
My name is Shaylene and I am twenty-two. I am located on JBLM. I currently exclusive breastfeed my [soon to be] six month old son. I also have a 3 year old, though he is not breastfed anymore. I do not drink, smoke, use 'recreational drugs', take any prescriptions, or over the counter medicines. I eat a very healthy diet, and I exercise regularly.
My son has been wanting to nurse less, and I do not respond well to a pump or hand expressing, so I have been becoming engorged a lot and I am very afraid my supply is going to drop.
I am available during the day time, and would prefer to be in my own home [because I do have children], but it is not a nessesity.
