5 month old in need of breastmilk donations Empty 5 month old in need of breastmilk donations

Hello,
I am 23 and I have a daughter named Sofia who I has been breastfed exclusively since day 1 until she turned 5 months. During that time, I never pumped-thinking I had enough for her and that there was an abundant supply. I stopped drinking as much water due to financial issues. Then we started introducing solids. My breastmilk supply was diminishing beneath my nose and I did not realize it until she was being fussy while latched on.. Sad I was a nervous wreck.. I tried making these special homemade cookies that were especially for producing breastmilk. It worked a small amount and at that time it was way better than nothing. I started drinking more water (3 water bottles a day) I would drink more if I could. And pumped during her two naps and once in the middle of the night. Any tips on how I could build up my supply again? And in the meantime, I would be extremely greatful if anyone has extra breastmilk they would like to donate to my daughter. Any questions, I'd be glad to answer. Thank you!
