It's so simple that anyone can do it. Hopefully it will work for any of you that would like to produce more milk.
Here is the list and my own recipes:
I make them into a really tasty dessert. Just steam them in a pot of water until soft, then in a bowl add them with a bit of cinnamon and sugar (brown or regular) and mix with milk until a nice creamy texture (somewhat like mashed potatoes). It's easy to make and really delicious.
A soup would be the best option I think because you can also add spinach and garlic which help milk production as well. First boil the lentils in a pot, not quite sure how long I just wait until the water starts to smell like it and they're a bit softer because they still stay slightly hard. Then I take out some of the water and mash up the lentils with what remains. After that I add salt, pepper, onions, minced garlic, and sliced hot dogs and let it cook for a while to let the flavors really sink in. When I figure it's almost ready I add sliced tomatoes and fresh spinach and stir it in until the spinach gets soft. It makes a really tasty soup, and its very inexpensive to make.
I buy the cheap oats that cook in about a minute from my local grocery store. And you can make them in so many different ways, but since I love chocolate I just throw in a packet of hot chocolate in my bowl then add the oats right on top, and about twice as much water. Then just stir it and throw it in the microwave for a minute and its ready.
You can do anything with carrots. Just peel and eat or steam for the side of a meal.
Goes great with any pasta dish, or soup.
Just use it as a seasoning.
I absolutely swear by these foods and recipes for breast milk increase. One day I could hardly get out two ounces. And after about a day or two of eating these foods I had over ten ounces. And of course try to get some sleep I find that sleeping really helps too.
