I am looking for any extra domperidome, or herbal supplements you may no longer use for relactation (even tea!). I was in a car accident almost two months ago(not my fault I was parked), and I was put on medication so I had to stop. I was too depressed from the accident to pump and I would throw my back out lifting my child so it just made me more stressed. I also have issues as it does not feel the same to me. I have a hard time relaxing (my pump is from WIC hygeia EnJoye) -- I don't feel the nipple stimulation with this pump and the lactation consultant made sure I had the right sized flanges. I also have two different hand pumps which seem to work a bit better, but not a big enough difference except for when I am out shopping, and the hand cramping is annoying. I am looking for pretty much anything to help give my daughter breast milk (including breast milk if you have some to spare). As a separate issue, my finances are screwed up from the accident which is why I am asking for help. I do not qualify through my insurance for a double electric breast pump (only a hand pump). The person who hit me is evading the insurance company so my deductible was not waived and I had to pay for a lot of things out of pocket. They are now covering medical treatment, but I am still waiting to be reimbursed (which they have to wait until they hear from or go after the person who is at fault). Yes, I do have a lawyer handling this information.

She will be 9 months old on the 19th of this month, but she has a nut allergy. One doctor said I should keep breast feeding and eating peanuts because it will help her build a resistance. The other doctor says keep it out of my diet completely. Then the lactation consultant said to give it to her for a week with eating nuts, then give her it for a week without and note any differences and adjust my diet from there based on her comfort level.

I am willing and able to travel now. If anyone has a pump they do not need anymore I would also be willing to give a different model a try. I am hoping to purchase one once I get reimbursed. I will gladly give it back(washed and sterilized of course) if needed, or if it does not work out, I will gladly pass it on to someone in need. I did that with most of my baby items (except a few keepsakes for a homemade blanket I am going to make), because people were nice enough to help me out when I was in need, so I want to do the same. My daughter seems very stuck on food and doesn't even want her bottle anymore but I wonder if it's the formula that she dislikes or the sucking bothers her with the teething. She is on neocate and prevacid for the reflux and her nut allergy (all tree nuts and peanuts).

If you can help, please feel free to send me a private message or reply to direct me to some help. Once I relactate, I am hoping to try to get her to relatch (I know that is a whole other ball game and I need to focus on getting the breast milk in first). Any information, things to try, link, etc, are more than appreciated--even words of encouragement. I start classes back up online next week as well, so I hope I can keep up with everything!

Thank you!
