Need Milk - Philadelphia area Empty Have lots of milk

Hi, I have lots of milk I won't be able to use. My son was born in may and my milk I have is from July and August. I freeze immediately so it lasts a while in the freezer. Are you still looking for milk?

Need Milk - Philadelphia area Empty Need Milk - Philadelphia area

Post by mamaninpa Tue Sep 04, 2012 7:52 pm

Hi,

I initially came here to donate milk as I have a freezer full of milk I had been pumping for my 7 month old son, and it was full. In a cruel twist of fate, I have discovered that I have a lipase enzyme problem with my milk that makes it turn sour after a short period of time in the frig/freezer. I am completely disheartened having built up such a large supply of milk. I am a teacher and have just returned to work. I am only able to send my son with the milk I pump fresh during the night. If you have any milk at all to donate, I am in the Philadelphia area.

Thanks!
