I've implied interest in like twenty ads and not one person replied back...not even an update.. What's going on jere? Is there a milkmsyrike or something?

Because the need is so great, milk is often claimed very quickly. If you're posting on offers that are more than a few days or weeks old, it's very likely the milk has already found a home. No offense intended I'm sure, but moms probably aren't checking and responding to inquiries for milk that is long gone. Have you checked the dates of the postings you've been inquiring on?

I posted to Milkshare for the first time as a donor on a Friday and my milk was claimed the next day.... And by Monday the recipient picked up my donated milk. It went by pretty quickly. Keep responding to donors posts.
