200+ oz available for an Edmonton-area Baby!

Post by tzivje on Sun Apr 01, 2012 5:40 pm

I am producing enough milk to feed my preemie who is growing chubbier by the second -- plus store away a few ounces every day. I have about 200 oz in my freezer right now which I have been rotating through and adding to since she was born in January. The lactation consultant at the NICU said I have particularly rich milk.
I have been taking multivitamins and have a healthy diet and lifestyle. I have been avoiding foods which might upset my baby's tummy, and am allergic to dairy myself, so this common offender is not present in my milk.
If anyone in or near Edmonton needs some delicious snacks for their precious baby, please contact me!
