Hello,

I had a bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer, and so cannot nurse. Due to the generosity of donors, our 4 month old daughter, Zora, has had only breast milk since birth. She is thriving. One of our donors has decided to stop nursing/pumping, so we are now looking for another donor. We are hoping for an ongoing relationship, but we would be very grateful for a one-time donation, too. We live in Charlottesville, but would be willing to drive 2-3 hours to pick up from you. We are happy to provide any documentation that you might want (e.g. a doctor's note about my medical history). We would ask you for the results of the basic tests that you had (HIV, HEP) as part of your medical care when you gave birth to your child (as recommended by the milkshare website). We are more than happy to reimburse you for the costs of getting copies of your test results and for milk storage bags.

Thank you,
Jen R.
